Fused Glass means taking two or more pieces of glass, putting them into the kiln, turn the heat up to 1475-1500 degrees, and the layers of glass become one. Now, this is an oversimplification of making Fused Glass. There are a lot of things to learn, such as types of glass, how to use a kiln, and things to avoid. Don't get me wrong, however, Fused Glass is a lot of fun and very addicting! |
