								      <description>Our Next Art Festival
We are going to the Business and Professional Women's Craft Show on the first weekend of November. This isthe fourth year we have attended this show.
This show is closer to home. We enjoy meeting people that live in the same general area.
I am going to be visiting relatives for 10 days and then two days after I get home, Dave and I are taking a one week vacation on the Oregon Coast. I am not going to have much time to make more glass.

<description>Back from Candy Dance Art Festival
We had a great time at the Candy Dance Art Festival. There were a lot of fabulous artists, but we didn't have much time to look around. We were pretty busy at our booth most of the time. The weather was in the 80's for both days, but Saturday was definitely the busiest day.
We are planning on going back next year, because we did pretty well with sales. However, a few people told us that the year before, the weather was very cold and it even snowed.

<description>88th Annual Candy Dance Art Festival
This Art Festival is next weekend -- September 27-28, 2008 in Genoa, Nevada. We heard from a couple different people that this is a great Festival -- lots of people come from all over. It will take us about 8-9 hours to get to Genoa, which is the farthest we have driven to any Art Festival. We wanted to take the chance and give this Art Festival a try.
Since we heard this Festival is BIG, we are doing our best to make as much glass as we can.We are short of Glass Pendants and Glass Earrings. We also need to make more Grey Goose Vodka BottleTrivets and Spoon Rests. We found a couple of Belvedere Vodka Bottles, so we are making them into spoon rests. I made a couple of Glass Plates, because I wanted to try usingdifferent colors ofiridized glass using different size pieces. I really like how they came out! If the IridGlass Plates don't sell at this Art Festival, then I will addthem to the website.
Hope to see you at the Candy Dance Art Festival!

<title>Blog ID #1931: Winner of the Free Drawing</title>
	    							  <link>http://www.mastersglassart.com/blog328262.html#1931</link>
<description>Winner of the Free Drawing at our Booth
We have a winner of the Glass Bowl in our Free Drawing at our booth. Linda is the lucky winner. She is very excited about winning the glass bowl and can't wait to receive it!
We still don't have a winner of the glass candle holder from our Free Drawing at our booth at the Sandy Mountain Festival. I have notified the winner several times, but her Internet Provideris peoplepc.com and they request that I fill out a form every time, which I have done, until the email recipient accepts my email address.
What do you think I should do? Should I wait a while longer and keep sending her messages? Or, should I draw another name? Your thoughts are greatly appreciated!
Thanks,
Christine

								      <description>Festival of the Arts
We are attending the Brookings Harbor Festival of the Arts this next weekend. The Festival is on Aug. 16 and 17 from 10am to 5pm. We attended this Festival last year and did very well and met a lot of nice people. We are looking forward to attending this year!
We are also giving a demonstration for the local art guild on Thursday. Dave and I practiced our demo a couple of times on Saturday. I haven't spoken in front of a bunch of people in a long time. Wish me luck!
