Our Fused Glass Coasters are made by fusing two layers of glass together, which makes them strong and less likely to break if they fall on the carpet. We can't guarantee they won't break, however! Our Fused Glass Coasters could break by falling on tile, hardwood floors, or any surface. Just be careful with them! Each Glass Coaster comes with four rubber bumpers on the bottom to protect the surface where the coaster is placed. Condensation has not been a problem for the glass coasters we use in our home.
