Click here to learn how dichroic glass is made. Dichroic glass is so gorgeous in Glass Pendants and very unusual. Other people will notice your stunning Glass Pendant and ask you where you got it. I buy dichroic glass in many colors and textures. Most of the time I will score and cut a piece of dichroic glass and then a piece of clear glass. The clear glass is placed on top of the dichroic glass to make it really sparkle. The two layers are fused in our kiln. Sometimes the Glass Pendant needs to be ground on the edges for a crisper look, then it needs to be fire polished.
